Refunds before settlement

While a Payment Order is OPEN or CLOSED, Ping still holds the Payer's money and nobody has been paid yet. Thisis the simplest and safest time to refund.

How it works

1. You create the refund, naming the items and amounts to give back.
2. Ping asks the provider to pay the Payer back, out of the Payment Ping is holding.
3. When the refund is COMPLETED, the refunded amount is removed from the Payment.
4. When you later split and settle the order, only what is left of the Payment is divided between the parties.
