How to get started

Brief instructions on how to get started using Ping Payments API products

Are you looking for how to get started using the Ping Payments™ API?
Then you came to the right place!

Sandbox

In order to use the Ping Payments API products, you need first to be onboarded as a tenant in our Sandbox environment.

How do I get access to the Sandbox?

The first step of every potential customer to Ping Payments is receiving access to the sandbox environment. This is not a public feature, and there are good reasons for that!

We want to bring world-class onboarding to every Ping customer. Being alone while exploring API products could lead to inadequate integrations and is best done as a collaboration project between Ping and the potential customer as a tenant.

Apply for Sandbox by sending us an e-mail

Feel free to contact us at [email protected] and tell us a little bit about your business, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Developer tools

We at Ping believe that a great developer experience is a fundamental stepstone in your integration success story. We, therefore, put a lot of time into guides, recipes, and API references and also by providing quality SDKs rather than many quantitative SDKs that do little for the developer.

API Reference

After receiving your tenant configuration, you can start using the API by doing API calls through the API reference directly here in the developer portal.
