This endpoint will create a access link to the Agreement for a specific participant in the Agreement.
This link can be used to, for example, directly send the participant to the Agreement if distribution through email is not desired.

For a participant to be able to sign the Agreement through a access link the sign method used for that participant has to be one
that validates their identity, for example, SWEDISH_BANKID, SMS, NORWEGIAN_BANKID etc.
